1. Machine operators must go through safety education, technical training, and understand the operating procedures of this equipment before they can take up their jobs.

2. Before boarding the machine, the operator should wear the regular labor protection equipment.

3. Before starting the laboratory mill, it is necessary to check and sort out the sundries around the machine that hinder the work of the equipment.

4. Keep the work area around the machine clean and smooth, open the ventilation equipment (exhaust fan), and keep the workshop air circulation.

5. Open the water supply, gas supply, and oil supply valves to check whether the water pressure gauge, water gas gauge, and oil pressure gauge are normal.

6. Start the machine for trial work, and stop the machine immediately when abnormal noise or other faults are found.

7. Check whether the material door of the laboratory mill, the top bolt, and the hopper can be opened normally.

8. Whenever the upper jacking bolt is raised, the upper jacking bolt control knob must be turned to the raised position.

9. During the kneading process, it is found that there is a phenomenon of material jamming. Use the ejector rod or other tools to operate, and it is forbidden to directly dig out the material by hand.

10. When the hopper is overturned and unloaded, pedestrians are prohibited from approaching the hopper and the elevator. Pay attention.

11. The top bolt must be raised before shutting down, and the hopper will be turned back to its original position. Close the material door to stop the power outage.

12. After the laboratory mill is completed, close all power sources, water sources, gas sources, and oil sources.
